Minimum five years of recent experience in expatriate tax, employer benefit strategies, or incentive compliance experience; preferred experience in at least three of following areas: total rewards and benefits, global compensation and equity sourcing and taxation, domestic and global employment tax compliance and consulting, mergers and acquisitions advisory, executive compensation and compensation integration, mobility tax compliance and consulting; corporate taxation; ASC 718, ASC 740, share-based compensation delivery and data and analytics
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, business, economics, mathematics, computer science or a related field required
Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Juris Doctor (JD)/ Master of Laws (LLM), Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or Enrolled Agent, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials
Prior experience within public accounting advising clients on global incentive compensation issues
Extensive experience in equity-based awards and incentive compensation administration, including tax technical and corporate compliance experience
Ability to supervise and mentor staff
