Hands on experience troubleshooting server hardware
Physical upgrades, implementation, optimizations and troubleshooting onsite for the data center

Address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision

Ability to support, interpret, and communicate policies and procedures clearly and consistently
Leave of absence and accommodations administration experience
Record-keeping and documentation management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
