Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, business analytics, or a related field, preferably within the CPG industry
Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing, consumer promotions, and shopper marketing strategies
Proven experience in asset development for in-store merchandising and trade activation
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret market insights and performance metrics
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
