Production Supervisor experience or similar leadership role
Experience leading employees in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work effectively with maintenance teams
Experience reading and executing production schedules
Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing production demands
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related systems
