2+ years of launch experience (plant or central ME) in automotive or similarly complex manufacturing.
Demonstrated depth in core process engineering disciplines (e.g., tooling, ergonomics, process capability, automation/controls interface).
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and environments to meet program and plant needs.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment , the Global Launch Process , and the Vehicle Development Process.
5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to use data to prioritize and justify recommendations.
