Schedule development experience for complex integrated facilities.
More than 3 years of experience in people management.
Understanding of fluid, mechanical, control, and electrical system design and construction.
Ability to foster a culture of skill development and career growth.
Effective leadership and mentoring skills.
Capability to translate organizational vision into practical strategies and make priority decisions to drive results, simplify designs, and meet deadlines.
Organized, self-starter, able to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
