Established relationships with major manufacturer reps for brands like Daikin, Carrier, Mitsubishi, and Trane
Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and preparing detailed equipment submittal packages
Advanced expertise in Procore, QuickBooks, and Excel for tracking multi-million dollar spends
Local NYC presence with the ability to visit jobsites and vendor locations daily
