Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
Experience with a broad base of digital web and mobile products, technologies, platforms, patterns, frameworks, and methodologies.
Knowledge of technical development documentation methodologies and technologies (Visio, UML, object modeling, etc.).
Experience developing standard methodologies for the implementation and maintenance of e-Commerce, CRM, web, social media, and web analytics assets.
Strong understanding of software build principles and patterns.
Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts.
Ability to communicate sophisticated concepts with both technical and non-technical collaborators.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across multiple functions.
Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to recognize, prioritize, and communicate high-impact initiatives.
Experience leading projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
