5+ years of manufacturing experience, including hot runner assembly exposure
Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and CAD models
Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
Knowledge of electrical wiring and assembly processes
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Lead daily operations of the assembly team, assigning tasks and ensuring production goals are met
Interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and CAD files to guide assembly
Oversee setup, assembly, wiring, and testing of hot runner systems
Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with ISO/QS 9000 and internal quality systems
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical and mechanical assembly.
Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and reading electrical wiring schematics.
