The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Weekly pay starting at $15.00-$15.75 per hour
Must be able to perform quality check inspections by measuring (gauging) part diameters, depths, external and internal grooves, etc. as required for the work cell
Maintain process flow for machining/assembling each part based on specific procedures and completing all daily production tracking reports accurately
Demonstrate good understanding of all production-related documentation (e.g., PCC, Operation Sheets, SOS, FMEA, Key Point, Kan Ban, Flow Cards)
Demonstrate good understanding of TPM by checking all fluid levels in the machines (e.g., oil, coolant, etc.), and participate in scheduled TPM activities
Attend and successfully complete all operator training
May participate in investigations and suggest countermeasures
Train others when requested in areas where already achieved suitable Competency level
Strive daily to meet Department and Company goals and objectives; improve Kaizen machine processes, support team leaders and members, and maintain a safe working environment
Maintain strong attendance; follows Company policies as directed by the Employee Handbook, the Safety Rules and Regulations, and the Quality Manual
