Prior production experience
1. Cabling, harnessing, PCB Repair, SMT
2. Reading and math skills
3. Basic knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes
4. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, process documents, and other visual aids
5. Able to resolve simple problems
6. Able to perform work in a quality and timely manner
7. Strong attention to detail
8. General knowledge of screening making equipment and techniques
9. Basic knowledge of printing materials
10. Able to precisely measure
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time
Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds
Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day

Mental requirements: calibrate precise measurements
Reading and understanding technical drawings, work orders, and specifications to determine sequence of operations, materials required, and procedures needed

Six (6) months' experience working overnight shifts, weekends, and in wet, cold, and physically demanding environments while wearing extensive PPE, including rain gear and chemical protective equipment
Six (6) months' experience performing labor-intensive sanitation and housekeeping tasks using specialized equipment
Three (3) months' experience executing sanitation schedules, following safety standards, following regulatory requirements and lockout/tagout procedures
Three (3) months' experience ensuring accurate and timely completion of sanitation and/or production documentation
Three (3) months' experience executing sanitation duties utilizing proper chemical handling and concentration
