2+ years of experience in manufacturing environment with machine shop and assembly operations experience OR a eqivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in one or more types of 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, ect)
Understanding of Operations planning systems (MRP, ERP), tools, and applications
Knowledge of 5S+1, lean manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement
Ability to read prints, work with CAD systems and understand engineering requirements
Well versed knowledge in material grades
Proficiency in metal manufacturing processes including cutting, plasma cutting, surface grinding, welding and painting
Understanding of part costing
