Set up and adjust machines for screen or label changes and production needs
Follow work orders, SOPs, and manufacturer instructions for proper setup and operation
Complete required documentation (inspection forms, label retention, line clearance, tape tests)
Perform first piece inspections and ensure quality standards are met
Verify correct artwork and ensure proper labeling and packaging
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Perform routine maintenance and daily preventive maintenance (PMs)
Maintain accurate production logs and paperwork
Follow quality procedures including barcode scanning and verification
Communicate with team members to maintain production flow
Maintain a clean workspace using 5S methodology
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Ensure materials and supplies are available for production
