Proficiency in Linux-based environments
Demonstrated ability to lead small engineering teams and work both independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability, with the ability to leverage emerging technologies to solve mission challenges
Familiarity with modern software development tools, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience with large integrated projects and 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, preferably in federal or defense contracting environments. (or commensurate experience).
