ECE State Certificate or equivalent verified in MERIT, or a documented and credible plan to complete within the required timeline

Cleared DCYF background check through the Background Check Central Unit
Preservice requirements complete or in progress per WAC 110-300-0105
Large center experience is required — you've worked at a center with 100+ enrolled children, multiple classrooms across age groups, and a team of 15+ staff
2+ years in childcare or early education
Assistant Director or lead teacher experience strongly preferred
Must be able to read and implement center operating standards and maintain ratios, classroom coverage, and safety standards as part of daily responsibilities

Highly proficient with Trapeze transit software, and other transportation related applications is a MUST.
Proficiency with Active Directory and networking.
Proficient with the company's major IT systems, services and technology frameworks (e.g. cloud computing, server virtualization, application delivery controller, etc.).
Thorough understanding of computers, servers, network, printer and peripheral hardware.
Experience supporting Windows 10-11, Server 2012 & 16, and Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in desktop imaging methodologies.
Provide full time dedicated ONSITE support 5 days a week with direct interactions to users.
