Minimum of 3-5 years' previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment
A Supervisory Management Degree is highly desirable
Must meet internal performance and attendance standards
Ability to obtain a Kaytee Forklift license
Experience with KPI reporting and warehouse metrics
Experience with RF scanners and barcode systems

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations for shipping, receiving, pallet picking, staging, and outbound order fulfillment
Manage staffing levels, assignments, overtime, priorities and performance to maximize productivity and customer service
Lead, train, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 warehouse associates across multiple shifts or departments
Utilize SAP ERP system to manage inventory transactions, shipping documentation, receiving records, and order processing activities

Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
Monitor product code-dates and ensure compliance with product rotation and customer dating requirements
