Bachelor's degree Preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of equivalent work experience is required.
Previous experience of recruitment strategy and implementation; including analytical expertise of recruitment processes and metrics is required.
This role requires in-person work and travel throughout the region to onsite and client locations, the expected travel exceeds 50%.
Ability to prioritize, have strong attention to detail, organize and perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
Experience managing complex projects that may vary in nature and scope
Proactive in defining problems and implementing creative and sustainable solutions for resolution
Experience in modeling and deploying business improvement processes

Knowledge of and the ability to apply sound leadership practices, including developing colleagues by inspiring, encouraging and providing coaching to improve performance.
Adept at performing to established KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
