Or a Graduate degree with 13 years of applicable experience. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 19 years of applicable experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience of cross functional leadership experience spanning business development, program management, engineering, and operations.

Demonstrated track record successfully transitioning new products and systems through qualification and into production
Demonstrated ability to lead proposal development and capture efforts
