Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of leadership experience, preferably in operations, service, education, training, customer service, or other performance-driven environments
Experience leading supervisors, managers, or other leadership positions preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance through accountability, process improvement, and effective implementation
Experience interpreting operational and financial performance metrics and using data to support business decisions
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management is preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, drive initiatives to completion, and consistently follow through on commitments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement solutions
Strong Excel skills required, including the ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, create reports, and develop actionable recommendations
Advanced leadership, coaching, team development, organizational communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel preferred
Ability to travel between locations as needed to support operations and attend meetings
Valid Driver License, acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle record, and minimum limits of automobile liability insurance required
