Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent experience) plus eight (8) years of experience in a high speed manufacturing environment with a mechanical/electrical background required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, & Outlook) with the ability to learn new applications as required.
An understanding of Safe Quality Food (SQF), responsibility for Food Safety /Food Quality and the responsibility to take action when notified or becomes aware of any Food Safety or Food Quality issue.
Must be flexible to work alternate shifts if production needs allow.
Physical - Continuously standing or walking.
Regular requirements to lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight.
Visual/Sensory - This position requires regular need to give moderate attention with one or two senses at a time.

4-year bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
3-5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably supporting programs or projects in aerospace/defense or complex critical manufactured item environment.
Must be a US Citizen.
Experience with ERP and ability to extract data needed (Infor Syteline preferred).
Experience with data manipulation and presentation using BI tools.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (e.g., percentage of completion).
Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must travel up to 10% to international destinations.
