5+ years as an acting Project Manager on commercial construction projects
6+ years total in the commercial construction industry
Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, or equivalent industry experience
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Experience with Viewpoint (Vista) a plus
Working knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
Ability to move around construction sites safely and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Some travel between projects and offices across our market
