Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or related field)
10+ years of industrial facilities management experience
5+ years leading technical, engineering, or facilities teams
Strong background in Facilities Engineering, EHS Management, and automated manufacturing systems
Proven success managing complex engineering/facilities projects from concept through completion
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing strongly preferred
Demonstrated success leading automation design and implementation initiatives
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Extensive knowledge of facility systems, automation technologies, robotics, and manufacturing processes
Strong financial/business acumen including budgeting, analytics, and capital planning
Ability to read/interpret technical journals, engineering documents, financial reports, and regulatory guidance
Ability to solve complex, practical problems in environments with minimal standardization
Strong communication skills; able to present to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and project management platforms
Strong understanding of logistics operations, indirect/direct taxes, and global customs (preferred for multi-site or global operations)
