Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, construction management, facilities project delivery, capital projects, or similar project execution roles.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience leading project teams, coordinating multiple projects, or managing cross-functional resources in a site environment.
Experience managing capital, facilities, infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing support, compliance, safety, remediation, or operational projects.
Strong understanding of project management processes, including scope development, schedule management, cost tracking, procurement support, risk management, change control, reporting, and closeout.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Proven leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, escalate issues, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
