Education/Experience: Any combination equivalent to education and experience that provides the required skill and knowledge. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of five years' industry experience current or prior management experience is preferred
Must be or become an expert in our current software (CRM Tools) and be able to lead, manage and train all Team members through the mandatory use of that software
Must work in coordination with other Service and Installation Managers (SIM) on all projects that may require your designated area to assist in other areas such as but not limited to installations and service
MUST have expert skills in customer conflict when it arises
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to position and employment
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and expectations to the benefit of the organization and co-workers
Accurately completes all paperwork, including timecards, in a timely manner
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Walking up and down stairs
