5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
Proven experience managing luxury, custom, or high-end residential projects.
Strong understanding of the full residential construction lifecycle.
Ability to manage multiple active projects while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality control.
Experience working directly with homeowners, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with high-expectation clients.
Strong documentation habits, including daily logs, change orders, schedules, RFIs, budgets, and project updates.
Comfort using construction management software to manage project workflow and communication.
Ability to work primarily from Pacific Palisades / West Los Angeles job sites, with periodic meetings in Newport Beach.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
