Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy truck and/or heavy equipment repair.
Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role within a repair shop or similar industrial environment.
Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, transmissions, and related heavy equipment systems.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment.
