Bachelor's degree in Civil, preferred, or Mechanical Engineering with twelve plus (12+) years of relevant experience in the design of high voltage electric utility transmission systems.
Professional Engineering Registration in at least one U.S. state or equivalent.
Experience with the following: PLS-CADD, POLE, TOWER, SAG10, LPILE and/or FAD, and Microsoft Office suite.
Work effectively in a team environment; can also work independently.

Reliable personal vehicle suitable for interstate travel
Basic personal hand tools required
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, installation manuals, and technical documentation
Experience operating forklifts, aerial lifts, pipe threaders, roll groovers, cordless power tools, and similar industrial equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Basic electrical knowledge, including low-voltage controls and power distribution systems
Strong mathematical and critical-thinking skills
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, and working in industrial environments
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends, based on project requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Technical certification, vocational training, or trade school education in an industrial, mechanical, or related field preferred
2-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical service, machinery installation, millwright work, or a related industrial environment
