2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration
Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting)
Strong command of at least two major languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java) and experience working with SQL databases
Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors

Will work in lean manufacturing work cells, performing final assembly of our IR camera products and core's.
Responsibilities include following lean manufacturing processes and reading and following work instructions
Will be responsible for ensuring quality of work
Assemblers must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to learn new skills, as they are required to train and learn to assemble new products and work across various product lines
Fine Motor Skills required to assemble small parts
Ability to use small tools and possess a great attention to detail
Ability to Read, Write, Speak, and comprehend English
Ability to follow verbal and written work instruction
Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Soldering experience highly desired
