High School Diploma/GED
5+ years of relevant experience in Assembly of Rotating Equipment in a manufacturing environment
Skilled in interpreting technical assembly instructions, building methods, and sequencing of core compressor internals and auxiliaries
Ability to inspect, repair, replace, install, and maintain mechanical components and assemblies for gas turbines and compressor packages
Ability to use micrometers, indicators, hand tools, air grinders, and overhead lifting devices

Proven experience as Construction Quality Control Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Experience in and ability to utilize the 3-phase inspection program
Must be conscientious and responsible
Must have a keen eye for detail

Must have outstanding communication skills and excellent organizational and leadership skills
Proficient in MS Office products
In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
Must be able to work multiple shifts and weekend work as needed
Must be able to pass a federal background check
