Ability to utilize proposal management software and AI tools.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple proposals of all sizes from proposal planning to delivery.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to motivate/work with others.
Ability to work within time constraints, have a flexible schedule, be ready to meet changing deadlines and priorities to capture proposal needs.
Advanced proficiency with documentation tools and software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe FrameMaker and Extensible Markup Language/Standard Generalized Markup Language (XML/SGML).
Advanced knowledge of technical writing principles, practices, and standards.
Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
Must be able to work in an office or hybrid environment.
Ability to travel occasionally as required by project needs.
