High school Diploma or related preferred
Entry level does not require previous experience in a Production role
Must be willing and able to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Able to perform repetitive tasks
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read and understand HACCP along with FDA and OSHA requirements as needed
Must be physically capable of working extended hours, overtime, holidays, and weekends if needed
Must wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment
The position is deemed Safety Sensitive for the purposes of Butterball's Drug/Alcohol Screening & Testing Policy
This position requires the individual to work around processing plant equipment
Some tasks are performed using tools or equipment, while others are completed manually
Ability to monitor equipment operation and promptly notify appropriate personnel of malfunctions or safety concerns
Rotate through various functions within the processing department as needed
Read and understand HACCP along with FDA and OSHA requirements as needed
