Must complete a PCAT program within Parkland after 24 months of hire date for Community Health Institute (CHI) only.
Must have one (1) year experience working in a multi-cultural community setting.
Must be certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services Community Health Worker (CHW) within 12 months of hire.
Must have a current Heart Saver CPR course completion card within 90 days of hire and/or placement in job from one of the following:
American Heart Association
American Red Cross
Military Training Network
Oral fluency in Spanish is preferred
