The Field Engineer position requires regular travel to AccentCare branch locations throughout West Texas on a weekly basis to support on site operations, IT projects, and branch needs.
Travel will primarily consist of day trips, depending on branch location and business demands.
In addition, the role will occasionally require travel to other AccentCare locations both within and outside of Texas, which may involve multi day trips.
These trips are less frequent but are necessary to support Field Support Services.
Candidates must be comfortable with: Consistent weekly regional travel
Periodic overnight and multi day travel
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel by car and air are required.
2 – 4 years of technical support experience
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 accreditation
