Possessing vocational training in electronics or electromechanical engineering
Security hardware understanding, system architecture, standard installation practices
General Construction Knowledge including safety mindedness
The ability to read and digest significant specification and best practice and provide checks and balance oversight against the data
General MS Office proficiency including: Email, creating meetings, drafting reports and updates and backing up the PM.
Excel, creating tracking lists, and documents, checklists etc., as well as operating the existing extensive Excel database of project controls.
Word, creating narratives and write ups on conditions, marking up and modifying existing documents.
Adobe/Blue Beam marking up drawings with field notes, or as built conditions, grabbing sections or screen shots to add to RFI's etc.
Using contractor controls software, web based, such as Egnyte, ProCore etc. Access to drawings, specs, scope, contractual items and RFI's, ASI's etc.
Supporting RFI processes, gathering field data and intel to cross reference to spec and scope to allow creation of detailed exceptions from plans and specs
Deep coordination/partnership with Project Manager, Post Sales Dedicated Engineer, Costing Team and Sales team and program manager.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality Assurance Department, manufacturing experience preferred
Must be able to perform quality control testing and ensure testing is completed properly
Develop workable knowledge of material and finished pipe testing requirements of the appropriate AASHTO or ASTM standards based on the style of pipe being produced
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when completing measurements and testing
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applications: Excel (averaging, creating tables, min, max, exporting); Word; Office (emails, embedding photos, attaching documents); Adobe Acrobat; Data entry for electronic quality programs; Interfacing for testing equipment programs
Effectively communicate observations, audit findings, testing results, and AASHTO/ASTM standard requirements
Ability to work outdoors for resin sampling in all seasons/weather
File and maintain test reports and resin samples in an organized fashion
Understand the basic concept of the Lane blending program
Follow Quality Manual (QSM)
