GIS Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on production experience utilizing the Esri ecosystem (ArcMap / ArcGIS Pro) is strictly required.
Education: Must hold a completed Bachelor's degree.
Core Technical Skills: Proven capability executing spatial queries, spatial analysis, and MXD map building.
Data Verification: Strong experience running multiple data queries to validate, clean, and audit legacy mapping data during migrations.
Location: Must be a local commuter to the NY/NJ area immediately.
Extensive GIS experience is a must-have.
Must have at least two (2) years of experience using leading GIS software and demonstrate strong knowledge in geospatial information systems.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge in map document creation, spatial queries, and spatial analysis.
Experience within the utility environment is essential.
Candidates must be self-starters, highly motivated with a high degree of attentiveness, integrity, energy, initiative, and resourcefulness.
Candidate should be a quick learner and capable of carrying out tasks to completion with minimum supervision.
Must possess good analytical skills with a technical background, strong organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor's degree required.
