Non-conformance reports
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Experience inspecting materials and products for conformance to specifications using fixed or preset measuring instruments
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
Experience inspecting products manufactured or processed by private companies for use to ensure compliance with contract specifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training
General Knowledge of quality processes, familiarization with AS9100
Experience ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format
First article inspections
Process Inspections
Proficient in using inspection instruments, including calipers, micrometers, height gage, dial indicators, optical comparator and CMM
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
Provides backup support for Lead Quality Inspector
Final part inspections
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
Material receiving inspection
Assists in following up on corrective actions to ensure timely completion
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
Experience providing assistance in root cause analysis and corrective actions
Provides support to Quality Assurance Manager with data analysis and reporting of company metrics
