QA Specialist - Data Center

High school diploma or GED required.
The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel.
≥2 years field experience installing and testing fiber.
Structured cabling and/or Data Center cabling experience.
Proven work experience in Infrastructure deployment.
Ability to implement and monitor a Quality Management System.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
The standard work environment for this position includes both indoor and outdoor construction environments.
Exposure will include controlled, uncontrolled, and weather-governed environments.
The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, and reach.
The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on even and uneven ground.
The employee must be able to move up to 50 pounds and lift up to 25 pounds.
The employee may be required to scale ladders or use mobile elevated work platforms.
The employee may also be required to work in tight, confided spaces.
OSHA 30-Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within six (6) months of employment).

Associate's Degree
(Bachelor's degree preferred) from an accredited college or university in Business or Public Administration, Social Sciences or related field
Three years of experience in the affordable housing industry preferred
Extensive knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications software
Broad knowledge of federal, state, and local statutes, policies, and regulations as it relates to the HCVP operations
Must obtain Certified HCVP Specialist within one year of employment
Possess outstanding knowledge of HUD Policy Regulations, Guidelines, Handbooks, Notices, Memorandum of Understanding, Scope of Work, HCV Administrative Plans, and CGI Policy and Procedures and Compliance Requirements
