High school diploma or GED required.
The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel.
≥2 years field experience installing and testing fiber.
Structured cabling and/or Data Center cabling experience.
Proven work experience in Infrastructure deployment.
Ability to implement and monitor a Quality Management System.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
The standard work environment for this position includes both indoor and outdoor construction environments.
Exposure will include controlled, uncontrolled, and weather-governed environments.
The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, and reach.
The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on even and uneven ground.
The employee must be able to move up to 50 pounds and lift up to 25 pounds.
The employee may be required to scale ladders or use mobile elevated work platforms.
The employee may also be required to work in tight, confided spaces.
OSHA 30-Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within six (6) months of employment).

B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or other related engineering degrees as well as 10+ years Controls related experience
Associates degree and 12+ years of Controls related experience
High School diploma with 15 years of Controls related experience
6+ years hiring, promoting, coaching, leading, and developing teams of controls professionals.
6+ years with industrial controls in critical environment (data center, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, laboratory, power, water etc.).
6+ years of general project or vendor management experience (request for proposals, bidding, change orders, quality control, and RFI and submittal tracking) associated with project execution.
Travel up to 30% domestically
Understanding of: electrical diagrams, control diagrams, building operations, control circuits, industrial HVAC.
