Working knowledge of HPLC and Mass Spectrometry theory and laboratory operation
Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a laboratory team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Initial training will be conducted on a first-shift schedule
Upon completion of training, this position will most likely transition to a second-shift schedule
Flexibility to work alternate shifts based on business needs is required
