Education & Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 1–3 years of quality control or manufacturing experience is required (experience in the food industry is highly preferred). Red Zone experience is a plus.
Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English
Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (upwards of 50% of the day)
Balance, stoop, kneel, squat, climb stairs, or bend
Must be able to regularly use hands to operate equipment
Occasional lift and/or move up to 25–35 lbs

Support production with NCMR, reworks, and process audits
Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, COPQ reduction)
Maintain QMS documentation and ERP/MES data accuracy
Collaborate with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and leadership
