Ability to operate a computer with strong computer skills using technology such as Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Office word processing; creating complicated Excel spreadsheets (efficient to advanced knowledge and use) using specific functions, VLookup, Pivot Tables, graphs/charts; PowerPoint; Viseo, or database and/or proprietary software
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, test and repair codes.
Efficiently organize and maintain files and records.
Strong project management
Ability to assist with organization of team(s) to work quickly and effectively towards hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annual and annual goals
Proven ability to motivate others toward an end goal
The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

This is a physical position.
You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.
This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.
