High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must complete the Introduction to Inspection training curriculum within 60 days
Safe operation of forklifts and other machinery; maintain a valid Forklift Operator's license
Lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable vision (with corrective lenses if needed)
Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
Must be able to read blueprints, engineering drawings and other instructions while using related tools and measuring devices to qualify parts
Experience with Sit Down, Stand Up, Reach, and Order Selector equipment-or willingness to learn
Familiarity with warehouse policies and standard operating procedures
Ability to read and interpret instructions and use technology (RF device, tablet, computer, etc.)
Develop proficiency in necessary programs required to perform department tasks
Possess strong teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and critical thinking skills
Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently

Starting wage $24.00 - $28.00, depending on experience
Day shift, Monday - Friday, 7am to 330pm, OT and weekends as needed

Ability to clearly identify and communicate issues that need to be addressed and to take the necessary steps to avoid future errors
General digital literacy in ERP Systems (QAD preferred), Microsoft Office, customer portals, etc.
Work in a manufacturing/production environment
