Bachelor's degree in Biology, Food Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
5+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality or food safety
Knowledge of food safety principles, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements including Global Food Safety Initiative, Food Safety Modernization Act, FDA, and USDA
Strong people leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build culture, coach teams, and drive learning and development
Experience with hazard analysis and critical control points, Safe Quality Food standards, and audit readiness
Experience supporting regulatory, customer, and certification audits, including Preventive Controls Qualified Individual responsibilities
Experience with manufacturing and quality systems such as SAP, Oracle, vision systems, or plant quality systems
Strong data analysis, problem solving, and root cause investigation skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to train, influence, and collaborate across teams
Experience supporting cross-functional projects such as product launches and process improvements
You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
