Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident.
Minimum high school diploma or GED
2-3 years of experience in SMT assembly inspection and rework, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read drawings and use measuring tools.
Must be punctual and have good attendance.
Must be able to work efficiently and work well in a team environment.
Conduct visual inspections of SMT PCB assemblies for solder joint integrity, component placement, polarity, and alignment.
Verify repairs meet IPC-A-610 Class II or Class III standards, depending on customer requirements.
Possess knowledge of IPC-610.
Understand and properly use materials provided by process engineering to perform the job and make sure that all equipment is running properly and safely on a daily basis.
Immediately notifying the lead in the event that any equipment is malfunctioning.
Performing all required preventative maintenance and maintenance for the machine's operation and documents per our “Good Documentation Practices Procedure” on the proper logs.
Maintain a clean work area.
Perform proficiently at a quality standard set by the company's mission and commitment statement.
Associate will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required.
Willingness to cross-train into different departments.
