High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Prior quality inspection experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
Experience using standard quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related measuring equipment
Basic understanding of measurement techniques and inspection equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, charts, diagrams, sketches, and written instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures with minimal supervision
Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic quality issues using existing processes and procedures
Proficient computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
