5+ years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
The ability to interpret work instructions and drawings
The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Knowledge of GD&T
Standing, talking or hearing ability required; regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; vision requirements including close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Exposure to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and vibration; ability to work in a sometimes loud environment

A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
No previous experience required
Physical Demands:
Able to lift a maximum of 35 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12 hour shift floor to waist level
Able to lift overhead up to 35 lbs. repetitively
Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours
Able to push up to 35 lbs. on rollers or wheels
Minimum height requirement of 60 inches
Must have solid attention to detail
Language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend either English or Spanish
Math skills: Basic
Work environment: Manufacturing environment is hot and humid in summer months, cold during winter months. High noise level requires use of hearing protection.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: One (1) year manufacturing assembly experience
