High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a basic understanding of SAP, JDA / Blue Yonder, or similar WMS systems.
Foundational knowledge of Production Planning, Materials Management, and MRP (Materials Requirements Planning).
Familiarity with quality principles such as ISO, BPS, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
Strong logical problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with excellent problem-solving and resolution skills.
Proven ability to multitask effectively with strong communication, collaboration, and moderation skills.
Ability to influence and work effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams within the facility.
Advanced analytical skills, including experience in collecting, organizing, and accurately disseminating abundant information.
Ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends, as needed.
