Five (5) + years of construction field experience in the role of Quality Control, Superintendent or Project Manager.
40-Hour EM 385 1-1 Construction Safety Hazard Awareness for Contractors.
Current completion of First Aid and CPR.
Proficient in PC based programs including Microsoft, Primavera, and RMS.
Government contracting experience.
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certificate.
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
