LOTO safety procedures will be required for the safety of all involved.
Ability to operate a 2 axis cnc mill using conversational style programming knowledge.
Strong math skills.
Knowledge of best machining speeds and feeds for Stainless, carbon steel, Aluminum, Brass as well as plastics and phenolics.
Ability to work in both metric and standard measurements.
Metric values will be the main system used.
Knowledge required to accurately use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers, bore gauges and indicators.
Will need to operate a 16x120 lathe in which rollers will be ground to finish by a grinding attachment on the cross slide of the carriage.
These rollers can range from a diameter of 150.mm up to 520.mm with lengths of 1,800.mm faces or more.
Need to have a mechanical mindset to understand critical requirements for proper web conveyance of litho-grade aluminum coil sheeting.
Will use a forklift and related powered industrial equipment.
Applicants will have to use Kodak's SAP program to search through and to complete work orders in a timely fashion.
