To successfully perform this role, the individual must have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Manager, or in a comparable role, along with at least 2 years of management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in (B.A) in engineering, management, or business from four-year college or university.
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks and controlled substance testing.
Proficiency in navigating and utilizing the PLEX ERP system is required.
